LONG DISTANCE MOVES
Excalibur van lines has the resources to make any long distance move go smoothly.
The price can be in cubic feet or weight, at your discretion!
Our professional staff will move you in the most efficient way possible.
We are full service moving company: We can pack every thing in the your location, we are fully licensed and insured. We have the knowledge, resources and manpower to perform any kind of move. No job is too big or too small for us!
THE MOVE INCLUDES:
1) Door to door move
2) Wrapping and protecting your items
3) Complete inventory of your belongings.
4) Insurance at the rate of $0.60 per lbs of articles .
5) One month FREE storage.
6) Disassemble and reassemble of furnishers .
Thing that may add to the price of the move:
1) Packing supply .
2) Packing service.
3) Accessorial - anything that keeps the truck away from your door.
Long carry:
Each long carry will add $0.02 per lbs or $0.14 per cubic feet (a long carry means that the distance between our truck and the door is more then 75 feet . Each additional full 50 feet will be consider another long carry)
Stairs rate:
The shipper will get the first flight of stairs for free (up to 9 steps for flight) each additional flight will be charge $0.03 per lbs. / $0.20 per cf
Shuttle service at destination:
Up to 4000 lbs/500 cf would be charge at $350
Each additional $0.05 per lbs or $ 0.15 per cf.
Method of payment:
Customers will be able to pay in full or 50% on pickup by credit card, cash, personal check, money order or cashier's check. If customer chooses to pay 50% at time of pickup, then he/she must pay the remainder of the balance at the time of delivery with either cash or postal money order.
Delivery time:
We have a low price because what we do is call consolidate shipping , that mean that we put your shipment with other shipments on board . And in the way to your new place we unloads other shipments . From ours experience there are allot of things that can effect the delivery time, such as weather, road conditions, etc... Thats why we give you a delivery window of 2-21 days for your shipment. Excalibur Van Lines will be in touch with you to inform you about the situation of your shipment at laest 24 hours before we arrive at your location.
THE FINAL PRICE OF THE MOVE WILL BE BASED ON THE ACTUAL WEIGHT / CUBIC FEET OF YOUR SHIPMENT, PACKING AND ACCESSORIAL WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA.
